Our new television ad highlights Richard’s record of effective financial management. 


As State Treasurer, Richard built the nation’s second strongest pension fund and made real reforms that have allowed our state to invest millions more in education and health care.  He has also been a leader in pushing for corporate accountability: taking on big oil, fighting against excessive CEO pay, standing up to corporate polluters, and championing responsible corporate governance. 

As governor, Richard will continue to stand up for working families by passing an economic stimulus package that raises the minimum wage, provides tuition-free community college for high school graduates, cuts property taxes for seniors, and more.
